CINDY HILL
President
Cindy is the co-founder and President of the nonprofit, Arizona Law Enforcement Outreach and Support (AZLEOS). She has a master’s degree in education from the University of Maryland and completed post graduate work at ASU in Nonprofit Leadership. Cindy and her police officer husband, Jim, are college sweethearts who met at IUP (Indiana University of PA), married 35 years. She enjoys spending time with her nephews and nieces, singing the National Anthem at special events, swimming, her dogs and cats, musicals and planning Shop with a Cop every year!

MICHAL JOYNER
1st VP Programs
My position with the Club is to provide programs that inspire, challenge, and educate our members. I want our meetings to be the "place to be" each month.

CHERYL PELLETIER
2nd VP Membership
Cheryl was born and raised in Glendale, California and landed in Arizona by way of the Chicago suburbs. With a BS in Communications from California Polytechnic University and a Master’s in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, she spent 25+ years in the leadership of Corporate Marketing, Communications and Training organizations for prominent corporations. Cheryl and her husband have been married for 40 years, with one son, daughter-in-law and grand dog. Her latest hobby is traveling around the country together with her husband and Boston Terrier in their 5th wheel trailor.

DEE LEE
3rd VP Caring For America
Diane “Dee” Lee moved from Pasadena, CA to Anthem, Arizona in 2009 where she lives with her husband, Kit, and her Cocker Spaniel, Zona (Arizona). She is a self-employed Broker, “Health & Medicare Solutions”, contracted with 58 different insurance companies within the state of Arizona as well as licensed in Florida, Nevada, Texas, California, Illinois, Virginia. Dee has been a life-long Reagan Republican and past National Director for the State of Arizona for NFRA (National Federation of Republican Assemblies). Currently she holds the following positions: 3rd Vice President Palo Verde Republican Women’s Club; Precinct Captain for LD28; State Committeeman; Arizona Game and Fish Instructor; USCGAUX Arizona Flotilla 10-11 Treasurer and Instructor for Boating Safety and Paddle Sports.

MARY REITZ
Secretary
My youth and university years were spent in the great state of South Dakota. I had a career as a Clinical Scientist. Upon retirement, I had an opportunity for a second career as a Business Broker. Arizona has been my home since 2007. Being involved with PVRW has been a privilege and honor.

CAROL SHEDLOCK
Treasurer
Originally from Maryland, Carol also lived in the San Francisco Bay area for three decades before escaping to Scottsdale in retirement in 2019. She promptly joined Palo Verde Republican Women and has served as Treasurer since 2022. Carol has worked as a Republican poll observer at every election since arriving, and also volunteered during the election audit in 2021.
